Sara begins her musical studies at the age of 7 with professor Quim Térmens at the Escola de Música de Manlleu and later at the Conservatori de Vic. In 2009 she starts her bachelor studies at the Conservatori del Liceu of Barcelona under the tutelage of Gonçal Comellas and Manuel Porta. During this period, her passion for chamber music grows thanks to her work with different musical groups. In 2012, the year in which she graduated, she wins the Extraordinary Prize on Chamber Music with the Kalós Quartet, later performing along them as a soloist with the conservatory orchestra.

In 2015 she moves to the Netherlands and continues her studies and concert activity with Artem trio. With this ensemble, she is awarded the 1st Prize at the Montserrat International Competition and the 3rd Prize at the Joventuts Musicals de Vinaròs Competition. In 2017 she participates in the Research Festival and obtains her Master's degree with Cum laude at Codarts (Rotterdam) with professor Benzion Shamir.

Sara has completed her musical training by participating in several courses and master classes with Vera Martínez, Yuri Zhislin, Raquel Castro, Eva Graubin, Kai Gleusteen, Peter Herresthal, Ivan Rabaglia and Sarah Kapustin, among others. In the field of chamber music, she has received advice from Quartet Casals, Orpheus Quartet, Amparo Lacruz, Bart van de Roer and Jeroen den Herder.

During her stay in the Netherlands, she collaborates with De Nieuwe Philharmonie Utrecht while her vocation for early music with a historical perspective grows. In 2019 she starts a postgraduate in historical violin at the ESMUC in Barcelona, with professors Manfredo Kraemer and Alba Roca. In 2020 she is selected to be part of the Fundació Cultural CdM de Carles Magraner Academy.

She currently combines her performance activity as a historical and modern violinist. She is member of The Ministers of Pastime, Leos Quartet and part of the self-managed orchestra Camerata Penedès. She collaborates with Orquestra de Cadaqués, Orquestra Terrassa48 and Le Concert des Nations, conducted by Jordi Savall.
